Saturday, September 21, 2013 - A glorious, full-bodied Merlot driven Bordeaux style wine from Walla Walla, WA. We served this with a very difficult to match herb crusted (lots of Rosemary) rack of lamb with a balsamic/Dijon drizzle. We tried many bottles of multiple types of wine before we decided this was the one. And was it ever! It paired beautifully and was well appreciated by our dinner party of ten.
