Monday, May 27, 2013 - Three + hour decant (which it needed and did some great things, but probably should have given it 5-6 as it just kept getting better as we poured it over another two hours). Dark Ruby color. Medium/Slow legs. Licorice, Pencil Lead, Vegital and Baked Cherry nose. Juicy Blackberry, Cherry and Raspberry fruit up front palate followed by Coffee and Cocoa. Soft leaning to velvet texture. Nice balance. Medium/Long finish. 13.5% ABV.
