Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - Cork saturated two thirds of the way. Purplish red in color. Very similar to a young Pinot noir in color and consistency. Nose of flowers and maple syrup with some hints of forest floor and cedar. Flavor of red fruits, cherry and dried cranberries. Medium finish. Interesting wine 89-91pts
