Sunday, March 3, 2013 - Drank over 2 hours and then saved a glass for the next day. Great Paulliac. Dark fruit, licorice, some coffee and earth. Full and plush in the mouth the chewy tannin. Like most 2009s this tastes great right now and it will be great with some more complexity. The glass on the second day had the same flavor profile but was indeed smoother.
