Tuesday, February 5, 2013 - On night one this was almost over the top carmel, blueberry, blackberry and cherry syrup, coco and vanilla. On day two this rounded out a lot. Showing ripe but not syrupy fruit leaning more to cherry and the SV hay quality. The acidity on the back end was more noticable too. Not the velvet glove wine it used to be but still enjoyable.
