Monday, December 24, 2012 - One bottle opened on Dec 23 and half drunk. The other opened on Dec 24 finished and first bottle finished. Both corks had leaked. Fill remained good. Wine opened in an hour and was delicious with our usual lasagne dinner on Christmas Eve with the whole family. Great PN fruit and good soft tannins were a great complement to the sweet tomato and cheese flavor of the dish. We finished both bottles. The one from the day before was more defined and delicious that the later opened one. The failing corks suggest consuming the wine soon.
