Saturday, May 12, 2012 - - Medium forming legs. It's balanced with a medium/full body. Round texture with a medium finish - Deep purple with a slight brownish core fading to a purple rim. Smoke, black cherry, currant with a slight herbaceous nose. Strong flavors of cherry, oak, smoke with deep rich tannins. Unlike the last bottle I opened, this one was surprisingly delicious with a long finish. Quite surprised.
