Friday, September 16, 2011 - Delicious. Bright red fruit gives way to cocoa and meaty bacon flavor with just a hint of smoke. Soft tannins with balanced acidity. Paired well with simple wild salmon dish. Don't have to wait to drink but would love to taste in the future.
