Thursday, May 9, 2024 - Seems to be still underdeveloped. Dark color. Red fruit nose. More a statue of a c9dP than a c9dP itself… Nice garrigue aromas, spices, fruitiness but not as voluptuous as I experienced Clos des Papes from other years. Very young. All in all a bit restrained. I think this wine needs some more time for development.
