Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - Beautiful golden color in the glass, large meniscus around the rim. I was surprised by how mature it smelled when I opened in the cellar. Lemon/lime, sweet peas (the flower), and spice on the nose. So much spice, some dried fruit, some cedar on the palate, the mouth-feel is almost oily and full. It has a very long finish, with the cedar taking over after 15-20 seconds. Alluring and very satisfying. P&P.
