Tuesday, August 29, 2023 - Pale/medium peach, beautiful color. On the nose, white flowers and stone fruits, very sweet and fragrant. On the palate, lots of complexity – initial notes of lemon, lots of acidity. This transitions into sweeter notes of stone fruit, peaches, apricots, pears. A very nice length, finishes with an umami impression tangled up in sweetness with a bit of warmth on the back of the throat. Wonderful balance of acidity, sweetness, and alcohol in layers. Probably the best rosé I’ve ever had. Picked up on the umami notes on the finish with some pear.
