Monday, April 29, 2024 - Medium Yellow in the glass. Aromas of apple, vegetable, and rock. On the palate, medium body, high acidity, and dry wine. Went out on a limb and paired tonight with Muthiya, an Indian dish appetizer. Turned out to be an excellent pairing. The savory of the Muthiya brought out a little sweetness in the wine. Muthiya is a dumpling with cabbage. The acidity of the wine cut the savory and sweetened the wine. Excellent wine when paired with the right food.
