Dark ruby/garnet colored, a very slight tinge of brownish rust is starting to appear on the rim, medium-full bodied, the complex full round brambly black berry fruits are accented by nots of earthy leather, cinnamon and herbal spices and tobacco box, perhaps akin to what the winemaker referred to as ‘biscuity notes’, with a lingering moderate tannin laced finish.
