Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - It has held up remarkably well after 17+ years. Silky smooth resolved tannins, rich creamy mouthfeel, syrupy but not cloying with lots of blackberry and vanilla. 15.8% and you can feel it but it's somewhat in balance with the intensity of the fruit and oak.
