Thursday, February 22, 2024 - Nose: Licorice, Anise, soy Sauce, blackcurrent, black raspberry
Mouth: black raspberry juice, laurel, bayleaf, silky, but not heavy, a faint granite note in the back.
Finish: long, savory, the slightest pucker at the very end tells the structure still hiding in the bottle.
