Monday, January 1, 2024 - This aged well. A touch of oak that blew off fast. Gave way to rhubarb, forest floor and cloves. Through the center of the taste is cherry, cola finishing with a citrus note. Still has some acidity and tannins. Drinking really well right now. One taster noted the mouth feel was like a Burg.
