Sunday, December 31, 2023 - New Year's Eve delight! Nose of blackberry, raspberry, and black licorice coupled with bay laurel, roasted red pepper,
and grilled beef - which we ate after opening. Bright acidity on entry then cascades with creamy tannins on the palate. Rich dark chocolate, baking spice and black fig and blueberry complement the elegant texture and full body. Sublime.
