Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Very closed initially, but with 4 hours in a decanter it opened up beautifully. Velvety smooth but with a proper spicy punch. Sweet cherries, raspberries and then wet autumn forrest and sour cherries. I also think I got some orange peel notes. Nice acidity and beautiful lenght. Yes, a proper Christmas eve banger.
