96 Points

Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Revisited a half of bottle on day three along with a fresh bottle. Both were great but the bottle on day three was better integrated, a little fuller fruit, and a longer/deeper finish. Letting it “age 6-12 months to add a little weight, depth, and density” as recommended by the Winery is probably wise; however, it’s still really enjoyable on day one at this stage and hard to resist. Once again, no surprise of the 94 to 96 rating from WA. 95 on day one and 96 on day three. 100% cab.

12/2/2023 3:47:00 PM - Badmonkey thanks for the tasting note. I bought 2 bottles. I will definitely hold 1 for a year but if I crack one now how long should I decant?

12/2/2023 4:34:00 PM - In my opinion, it really doesn’t need a decant but it also wouldn’t hurt. I’m drinking one right now as a pop/pour and it’s drinking quite well.

12/9/2023 2:13:00 PM - I haven’t had their whites - just not my thing. However, I’ve heard good things from others. Tough draw for UM football - I think I would of preferred either Texas or Washington. Take care.
