Saturday, November 11, 2023 - The second bottle of six, pleaded with this one after the first. Why do we put corks in wine and why do I keep on buying it? Fruit still present with some Cabernet flavours, tertiary development showing leather and chocolate. Will look at the next bottle in a few years. A
