Sunday, October 29, 2023 - My last bottle 😞......Right from the pnp it's classic Pesenti and drinks as expected over 2 hours of air. To me this is THE best and purest example of Cali zin made today. Just the right fruit profile blended with the right spicebox/pepper and acid profile. One big glass left in the bottle under a Repour stopper in the fridge overnight and enjoyed it with the leftover pizza this afternoon. No degradation overnight. This is always my fav vineyard from Turley and just continues to produce year in and year out.

10/31/2023 12:38:00 PM - Thanks Mark for the TN. I have only been a member of Turley for 2 years. I struggle with all the selections. First year my favorite was the Amadeo's and this year it was the Cedarman. I will give the Pesenti a try.

10/31/2023 2:32:00 PM - Ray, it's all good. I've probably had 30 different zins and hundreds of bottles from them over the years. Now, I've narrowed it down to 4-5 that I buy every year. This is one of them for me! But it's all in what you like....they are so very different. I gave up on a few like Rattlesnake and Mead Ranch a few years ago as they really changed. I suspected re-planting of vineyards but was never able to confirm. I don't buy those two any longer.

10/31/2023 3:03:00 PM - Mark any help with a selection that big is helpful. I do think that Turley makes a quality product that is reasonably priced.

10/31/2023 3:48:00 PM - Ray....generally speaking I favor their Paso zins and less so everything else. I always buy, Pesenti, Dusi and Ueberroth from Paso and now only Hayne and Heminway from Napa. Those are MY buys every year. I will occasionally pick up some single bottles of a few other vineyards just to see how they compare in that year.

10/31/2023 3:50:00 PM - ps......and yes, Ray, they are reasonably priced. They actually apologized in an email about a year ago for having to raise their prices on average about $3/bottle. Imagine that.....no price increases in the past 10 years and then just a meager one at a time when every single maker is gauging their customers out the wazoo.......

10/31/2023 4:36:00 PM - Mark I just happened to read that email today as I was doing some vineyard research and it was $2 a bottle. Now that creates brand loyalty!

10/31/2023 4:46:00 PM - Ray....I joined their mailing list 10-12 years ago. I love their 'style' and their commitment to their customers. I will buy them for as long as I am alive and drinking......
