Superb, the tannins a little too mellow but here’s a classic aged Bordeaux that is delicious background supporter for richer foods (in this case le coucou - quenelle, sweetbreads, filet w bone marrow jus, leeks vinaigrette). Cherries mahogany, and subtle wet soil.
