Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Bright and eminently pleasant. Sage on the nose and maybe a bit of cherry wood. Peppery and juicy raspberry on the palate, and a bit of slate, no tannin. Super light color. Glad this one escaped the fires unscathed.
