Thursday, July 27, 2023 - Very nice, a little bight in the front that leads into lemon curd sweet lime and some unripe nectarine and finishes with cashew. Acid still a touch hard. Nose of rock melon. It's good but a bit jarring. Maybe more time but the acid is dominating.
