Sunday, July 23, 2023 - This poured a deep straw color and showed cooked red apple and deep honey notes on the nose. The palate presents much fresher than the nose, with lime zest and yellow orchard fruit. Much preferred earlier bottles. For my palate this is at the tail end of the drinking window.
