Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Amazing wine! Just delicious. Not a trace of new oak of course in this wine, though they do age it in old oak vats. Despite the lack of new oak this has loafs of substance, very primary fruit driven - rich blackberry, blueberry, black cherry, damson. There is also lots of black pepper, along with black olive tapenade and balsamic. Long and complex. Drinking now and will last forever.
