Sunday, March 26, 2023 - Poured after decanting for sediment, fine sediment Still dark, almost purplish. No visible bricking Floral, spice n vanilla on nose. Blue fruits n spice on palate. Easy drinking . Soft mouth feel. Low acid and fine tannins, a true Aussie Shiraz that has mellowed with age. Enjoyed tonight with life fora least a few years to come.
