Thursday, December 15, 2022 - One of the best wines we have had. Eight hour decant and still tight.
Impressive, full bodied, well balanced Mt Veeder wine.
The barrel they used seems to be a very high quality french medium toast barrel.
This bottle could age a long time. Really good wine.
