Friday, November 4, 2022 - Made out of 100% Cabernet Franc.

Medium ruby red. Quite a bit of oak on the nose with a hint of black cherries and perfume. Medium tannins (5/10) and a medium body. Reserved on the palate with some cherries and dusted earth. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2029.
