Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Still going perfectly well. Some early must and vinegar blew off after a 45min decant, and left a very well balanced and delicate wine with a little grenache pepper still poking through... thang god, this was the third i opened on the night, a 1999 Bordeaux and 2014 Rhone were both gone, turps.... this saved the day.
