Monday, September 5, 2022 - From memory. Drank about 3 weeks ago. No decant. Best bottle I’ve had so far. Nose has come a long way with classic smoky, charcoal notes and cigar box. Tighter than usual and taking longer to evolve for this wine. Very enjoyable and satisfying expectations. A bit short on the finish as usual from here but a lot of up front pleasure for sure. I would plan on drinking my remaining bottles now and over the next 5 years.
