Wednesday, August 24, 2022 - Library tasting at the winery. This was relaxed actually firing on all cylinders and ready to go. It must have started out somewhat austere though. Aromatics of pomegranate, eucalyptus and sous bois. Could very much confuse me for a Gevrey village wine with its muscularity and savory tones. Delightful.
