Disgorged 04/2015. 6 g/l. Straw to like yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of yellow pear, yellow apple, a splash of citrus and a hint of cookie dough. Flavors of lemon, sherry, green apple and tart pear. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
