Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Yeasty, toasty nose of mixed yellow fruits, hazelnut and brandy soaked pears. Flavors of lemon curd, brandy pears and minerals. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
