Tasted non blind.

Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of aspirin, smoke, pepper, black cherries and plum. Flavors of black cherries, black berries, raspberries and plums. Medium to bright acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink or hold.

    10/21/2014 7:22:00 PM - Chris, at the risk of sounding glib open a bottle of Bayer and whiff. Preferably a bottle that has been sitting in the medicine cabinet a while. I remember that aroma growing up back when those aspirin bottles were still glass.
