Tasted non blind.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Light aromas of vanilla, hazelnut, creme fraiche and mixed yellow fruits. Flavors of lemon, yellow apple, yellow pear, a dash of creme fraiche on a medium finish. Medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the next year or two.
