  November 10, 2011 - P&P. Moderate black and red fruit nose with oak. Medium bidied with plums, cherry, oak and bit of pepper. Slightly hollow mid palate and medium finish.

  October 2, 2011 - - Crimsom color with fast forming legs and aromas of oak, raspberry and dusty. It's lacking fruit and has flavours of black pepper, blackberry and cherry with a medium body. Flabby texture with a medium finish - Bordeaux varietal blend.

  September 30, 2011 - A lot better than a year ago. Good balance as the tannins have calmed down. Rich red fruit, vanilla, leather and licorice. Medium bodied, with some finish. One more bottle, one more year.
