August 21, 2010 - Santa Cruz Mountain & Santa Clara Valley Tastings: Light in color. Nice cherry nose. Light on the palate, with ripe cherry fruit, adequate acidity and a nice spicy, clove component.

June 3, 2010 - I tasted this back before Christmas and was disappointed. In true WO fashion, this wine is richly rewarding a little patience.
Medium ruby red. Really expressive red fruit aromas. Light and lively on the palate with complex rasberry, cranberry fruit flavors. Lingering aftertaste. This will probably continue to improve for the next year or so before reaching a very satisfying plateau. Nicely done! -

January 10, 2010 - Way too soon; angular, a bit bitter on the finish. Has the goods, but even this (their shortest in oak) still needs plenty of time to resolve the tannins and oak...as in another 2+ years.
