December 24, 2013 - Very refined. Was worried it was past prime but now I just wish I had more of this vintage. Great fruit flavors, very elegant. Time to drink is now.

March 15, 2011 - Outstanding wine. Mature, fully integrated, delicious fruit. Definitely tasted like an adult, no kidstuff or false bravado.

April 17, 2010 - Deep and rich earthy and barnyard notes. Ample oak gives this wine a wonderful finish reminiscent of coconut cream pie. Wonderful aromas and flavors of cherries and white pepper abound. Good acidity and fruit despite the age on this bottle. Absolutely fantastic wine.

December 31, 2008 - Fully mature showing lovely plum and cherry notes with leather and herbal undertones. Very silky and elegant - a different animal than it was in its youth.
