November 29, 2014 - Great when released. Left this bottle in the cellar too long, and it was a funky shadow of its former self. If you still have any, drink up!

The legs are Slow.
It smells like and Lemon and grass
It has a fresh lemon and grapefruit taste that is not over powering with light hints of oak wood.
The body is Light.
The wine is textured Bright.
The wine finishes Short. -

December 2, 2010 - Nose of cut grass, with grapefruit and lavendar on the palate. Finish gets much longer and richer as the wine warms out of the fridge.
