March 17, 2024 - This really hit the spot for the first days of Spring. I'm not the biggest sparkling wine drinker, but I like the freshness of this wine. I have three bottles, so I'll probably sit on the other two for a bit. Glad to try one of these young, though.

February 23, 2024 - Beautiful silken mousse. Nose of fresh cream, choux pastry, and lemon zest. Lemon curd, creme fraiche, and lavender oil on the palate. Loads of minerality. Great wine.

February 4, 2024 - Needs some air - vibrant with a fresh citrus acidity out of the bottle. Fruits unfurl after some time in glass, but likely will show much better with more bottle age.
