August 29, 2021 - Crimson red complex nose of red fruits wild raspberry a lot of chocolate and coffee wild mushroom and a bit of truffle. Medium to full bodied with elegant tannins and a very ling finish.

June 6, 2007 - Rather muted on the nose and a bit dry on the palate. A bit of fat in the steaks really brought this to life. Minerals, leather, and tiny remnants of fruit.
