November 17, 2023 - This was good, but not as good as the last bottle (can't remember the exact vintage)

September 20, 2023 - Very bell drinking Syrah, will be even better in 2-5 years.

August 13, 2023 - Nice, fruity full throttled Syrah. Has great upfront nose followed by tantalizing long finish. Let this sit a while longer.

July 30, 2023 - I wanted to try one of these young. Aired it out all day. Ripe blackberry juice! No sweetness. My tongue is dry with a touch of white pepper. Give it 6 hours of air or a couple years and you will love it!

March 19, 2023 - This is a big boy. Decanted for two hours, this powerhouse will age without effort. Yet, this was delectable last nite. Concentrated, with blueberries, blackberries, flower shop, wild sage and crumbling black lava. Firm, yet grainy tannins with a round middle. This glides along well. If you forgot about this for another fifteen years in your cellar, it will still have a lot of life. Different from all other Syrahs within the Carlisle portfolio - the most audacious wine they produce. Drink 2027 - 2042.
