  Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over two hours.
  
  Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of birch, black raspberries, thatch and black cherries. Flavors of black raspberries, black cherries and dark, sweet plums. Medium to bright acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now.

  October 23, 2015 - The wine was great drinking. Enjoyed with roasted pork. Well balanced.

  November 19, 2008 - medium garnet and violet red in color. Forest floor and leaves and herbs on the nose. Herbaceousness and red fruit. Black cherris and dusty spice. Very interesting flavor profile and excellent balance. Clean, subtle and elegant.
