May 10, 2024 - A great bottle to kick off mother's day weekend. My bride and I really enjoyed this one at PNP. Polished off quickly with nothing to check in on for day two.

👃Nose: Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, pear and toast.
👅Palate: Fine bubble. Medium to high acidity; medium body; crispy and minerality. Elegant texture with good length and balance. After 2 hours opening more sweet and plump.
Drink now and may hold another 3-5 years for aging potential.
