January 7, 2022 - Very refreshing minerality with underlying tastes of almond, quince and citrus. Lovely light color, medium density. Drank it with a curry fish stew, quite a ying to this yang. Listen to "I'll Drink to That" podcast by Levy Dalton, his interview with winemaker Ehren Jordan. This really helped put the wine in a historical context. Jordan worth following; buy more.

November 16, 2021 - Solid Chenin. To me it has a little bit of a grassy note and a slight phenolic character, which I normally associate with Chard. That note is what obscures the fine aromatics slightly. Maybe a bit of age will take care of that, so hang on to it for a little bit?
