February 1, 2023 - My second tasting of this wine and vintage for CellarTracker -- the first was June 5, 2021; done totally independent of the first tasting; heavy-weight foil, real cork, 14 mm maximum wine penetration; cork aroma of generic fruit, pepper, menthol, alcohol; long legs, the color is a yellow/pink; medium to full body; opened, tasted at approximately 18 degrees C, then tasted again at room temperature -- 25 C; nose of cassis, minerals, gooseberries, kiwi; not fruit forward or overly sweet, fast to medium finish; pair with fried or grilled chicken

November 13, 2022 - Opened this at Haidilao (Northshore Plaza) over dinner with my family.
Salmon pink in colour. Fresh floral notes with some berries. Was surprised that this wine does not pair well with the steamboat.
