Community Tasting Notes 2

  • oropeza Likes this wine:

September 12, 2021 - A year later: Still with the industrial notes at pop but relaxed quite a bit. Soft lime and herbal notes, lime and grass and some chalk in the mouth, finishes medium-long on good acidity.

  • oropeza Likes this wine:

June 15, 2020 - Heavily reductive at pop. Lime and a chalky, minerally core, a bright finish. Didn't get a chance to really open this bottle up; will make a longer run with the next bottle and see what happens when the industrial notes blow off.
