February 3, 2023 - Served blind, oak, pencil, nutty, quite light weight, alcohol pushing through, sweet aftertaste. It's not there yet.

December 17, 2021 - Too young now I guess.Very floral nose, almost like smelling a Bounce sheet…the mouth is excellent with dried fruits flavors with mocha and nuts on the finish. Dry tannins now, wait a few years before they get smoother.
92 on bottle opening, 93 after an hour.1 person found this helpful Comment -

July 25, 2020 - Going up blind against same producers Seleccion Especial-15.
And in the nose it's pretty similar. The fruit is pretty similar and both are spicey. But a little more complexity and concentration in this one. As it should be. A bit early imho. But full of potential1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 26, 2020 - A 93 for now. Starting to shut down. Even a 5 hr decant wouldn’t wake it up. Tannins are big and bold. 6 mo ago this was singing after a 2 hr decant. Hold and wait.

April 13, 2020 - Dille and vanilla. Dense in every which way. Dark fruit. Stables. Some tobacco. Acid is rather prominent and maybe this is a little hot alcohol wise. Liked this and feels well made but perhaps a little iffy about the QPR.
