October 11, 2019 - The beauty is still apparent, but I agree that the window is closing. Shows some age in the color in the glass. Some spice and red fruits on the nose. Palate of plum, cherry, cinnamon, black currant. Opens up nicely in depth, complexity, and mouthfeel in the second half of the bottle.

November 14, 2014 - Probably time to drink this up. I still like it, very much. However, the fruit that seemed forward early on a few years ago.....it's still there in depth, but it's become a bit "one note". Wonderful aromatics on the nose, but the palate while resolved, has become a bit "one note" / linear. This is not a shy Pinot in terms of alcohol, and that seems to be more evident than it was the last time I popped this. Very enjoyable, but sadly, I think it's on its way out. One more bottle at offsite, and its time to bring that one back home!

90 pts. I like it a bit better than that, but concerned about the sense of alcohol creeping into this bottle 10 years after vintage.

April 29, 2012 - Not as elegant as the 03 but still a wonderful wine

September 6, 2010 - Opens with a bit of Oregon funk on the nose which blows off quickly leaving a more perfumed aroma with a touch of meat. Quite lush in body without the cola sweetness. Very balanced. Long finish. No sharp edges. One of the better pinots I've had in awhile. Manages to be plush without pushing "over the top".

September 8, 2007 - Northwoods Wineapalooza; 9/7/2007-9/9/2007 (Boulder Junction, Wisconsin): No dtl'd notes. Marker for 3 day tasting @ Wineapalooza. For me, one of the top 2-3 US pinots, out of approx 12 opened.
